Professor Dr. Carlos Gonçalves awarded with National Award of Ethics in Sports
His efforts to Fair Play have not been forgotten
LISBON - The Portuguese National Olympic Committee awarded Prof. Dr. Carlos Gonçalves, the founder of the European Fair Play Association, which is called EFPM shortly, who chaired to EFPM for a long time with successful attitude, NATIONAL AWARD OF ETHICS IN SPORTS which is Portugal's biggest sports award. Jose Costantino, President of the Portuguese National Olympic Committee, and the 2nd President Rosa Motta, the famous Olympic Marathon Champion, were present at the ceremony.
